HOLsta Office Limited is committed to maintaining a high standard of workmanship in all our office furniture installations including wall partitioning and storage space solutions and our customer facing processes of supplying stationery and equipment, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and investment in our processes and people. It is ultimately my responsibility with the assistance of the management team to ensure adherence to the requirements of our quality system (ISO 9001:2000).

Commitment to these principles and values, from the management team, is cascaded down to all levels of the organisation, ensuring focus on the needs and requirements of our employees, customers and suppliers.

Clear objectives and targets are set within the company and achievement is enhanced by a commitment to ensuring suitable resources are available.

Performance against our objectives is periodically measured and actions are implemented to ensure timely accomplishment. Objectives are reviewed quarterly for adequacy and relevance to the needs of the business. New targets are set providing value is added to our business processes and our key stakeholders.
